A community Scout troop and Venturing crew focused on BSA principles. We believe in youth-leadership and having fun.

The American Fork Run for Cancer, which we clean up after, is on Saturday, June 27th. Look at your calendars now and plan on helping. We take pride in the fact that we always leave the race path looking better than it was. For those who are new to the troop we meet at the church and then carpool up to Tibble Fork Reservoir at about 5:00 am (yes, in the morning!). We have a trailer and usually a truck with us. The runners take off at 5:50 and we clean the trash and clothing from the parking lot then follow the runners down the canyon and along the race path picking up trash and clothing as we go. It helps to have plenty of hands to help. We usually finish about 12:30pm. You will need gloves, layers of clothing (it starts cold and changes quickly), and if you have a safety vest it would be good to wear it, otherwise, a very bright colored shirt. This is a big fundraiser for the troop/crew.
