Hey Guys, I found an opportunity for us to help with the gingerbread house festival in November. It runs from the 12th through the 16th. We can help whenever we want, and have pretty much free reign over what we want to do. Anita at the scout office thought that the 12th was when the "local celebrities" would be there. Also the 12th she said they'd need help "helping young mothers up stairs" or something. So that would be fairly easy. Last year I did an all female venturers flag ceremony, it went pretty well. I may be doing another this year as well. Also, would we like to make a gingerbread house? Basically anything goes. I just need to get back to Anita soon and told her I would talk to you guys. I figured the blog was a good way to let you all know in advance. So lets talk about this Friday night at our camp while we are cooking the food. Good idea!!!!!
